Wanda Center

HGOR’s solution for the Wanda Center invitation-only design competition blends strong geometric forms into compelling places for people. Comprising a complete block of the new waterfront district, the mixed use plan includes a series of gardens and plazas that provide a connective tissue between architecture and the surrounding urban context.
The overall design vocabulary is extracted to create an expansive, private roof-top garden for residents and office workers alike. The roof-top garden is designed to accommodate both individual and event use.
