The Highlands at Sugarloaf

HGOR provided landscape architectural design services for the 390-unit multifamily development over 32 acres in Duluth, Georgia. A lush pool area, nature trail, pedestrian bridges, dog park and other grilling and gathering areas were thoughtfully integrated throughout the sprawling development to provide equitable access to amenities resulting in a rapid leasing.
