Working with Catalyst Development Partners, HGOR led the landscape architectural design for the 248-unit apartment complex fronting intercoastal waterway on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine, Florida.
The 16-acre development is anchored by a central courtyard space. The development consists of
a three multifamily apartment buildings, totaling 73,187 square feet. The design scope includes land disturbance permitting prior to construction, the hardscape and landscape elements for the pool courtyard, parking lot landscaping, required perimeter landscaping/screening, layout and design for a waterfront path, any secondary structures located along the waterfront path, and a design for hardscape and landscape areas for an expansion to a barrier island in the intercoastal.
