Recognized by the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) in 2002 with its annual Development of Excellence Award, Milton Park creates a walk-able mixed-use community of office, residential and retail. The plan accommodates 300,000 s.f. of office space, 427 multi-family units, 35,000 sf of retail space and 150 single family homes on 67 acres of usable land while supporting a pedestrian scale town square, street network, park and open space system.
