Piedmont Center

Originally built in the 1980's, Piedmont Center is a series of four ten-story building clusters  creating open courtyards. Although well located in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, the properties have lagged behind larger and more current properties added to the market.

HGOR was asked to assist in a re-branding effort for a cluster defined as Building Five, Six, Seven and Eight. The design focused on transforming the underutilized primarily visual courtyard into a vibrant, connected, two-level tenant amenity. Removal of overgrown vegetation, design of an exterior stair, inclusion of enhanced seating and Bocce make the courtyard more visible, accessible and usable.
