“The Idea of the Idea”

HGOR created 'The Idea of The Idea' in February of 2021, and today we are in awe of seeing this idea come to life through the synergy of a truly impressive Georgia-based team.

From day one of seeing the site, Hilton Howell, Gray Television CEO, and Jay Gipson, Assembly Atlanta developer, knew they were on to something BIG! Upon seeing the area, it was like an epiphany, prompting these three words from Hilton, "This is it!"

Having been in the business for 50 years, Jay knew his next step would be to contact HGOR, and we are thrilled to watch our initial hand-sketched drawing, which today is framed and referred to as "The Idea of the Idea," come to life.

Hilton's desire to showcase Georgia in the development is being fulfilled by a Georgia-based team who, from the start, bought into the development concept and have put their heart and soul into bringing it all to fruition.

The expected date of completion is currently June 2023.be completed by June 1, 2023, said Gray Television Director of Studios Operations Justin Campbell.
