Brasstown Valley
Brasstown Valley
This 585-acre resort nestled in the North Georgia mountains takes advantage of the natural surroundings, views and wildlife. For this project, HGOR assisted the client by identifying precisely the right location to align with their vision. A component of this initiative involved the re-routing of several area corridors. At the same time, the comprehensive, environmentally based development design plan ensures the protection of valuable ecological resources on the site. Additionally, HGOR led an endangered species survey for the client.
The character of the 150-room hotel/conference center, 18-hole championship golf course and accompanying amenities support a strong vernacular mountain theme.
