Located within the larger planned development of Deerwood Park, Merrill Lynch’s multi-phased operations center encompasses 120 acres of land surrounding a 45 acre lake. Phase One of the complex consists of 415,000 square feet of office space in three buildings.

The buildings maximize lake views and create a series of exterior spaces for walking, sitting and dining for the enjoyment of employees and visitors. Amenities include active water features, boardwalks, lake overlooks and lush planting schemes.
