Pace Academy

HGOR's collaboration with Pace Academy spans over seven years, beginning with the planning, design, and execution of the Upper School's Master Plan. Additional initiatives included the expansion of the connected Lower School. Situated in Atlanta's residential neighborhoods on a 34-acre campus, HGOR was enlisted to address design challenges related to circulation, parking, limited topography for construction, and maintaining positive community relations. The Master Plan strategically repurposed existing resources to facilitate optimal campus enhancements, aligning with Pace Academy's dedication to fostering a familial and inviting atmosphere.
