University of Georgia Research Campus Study
HGOR developed a master plan vision for a state-of-the-art research park on an 840-acre parcel along the GA 316 corridor, east of Athens. The unique vision for this 21st century research park creates a live-work-play setting suited to a variety of user types Initial planning activities included:
• Delineation of an environmental framework
• Benchmarking to comparable campuses across the nation
• Workshops with potential tenants to determine needs and expectations
• Visioning sessions with University representatives to establish character and quality
