HGOR was engaged to analyze the grounds of historic Adare Manor to understand how the golf-oriented resort might expand. The onsite familiarization and planning process identified historically and environmentally sensitive areas, view-corridors for protection and opportunities for community-related facilities. The master plan defines locations for second homes, a winter garden and a community pitch and hospital, all of which are skillfully integrated into the existing context of the grounds and the village of Adare.
